1Acceptance of Club 33's Terms of Service

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between Club 33 ("platform", "we", "company") and each individual ("user", "member", "you") who registers for or uses any service provided through the Club 33 website. This document should be read together with Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy of ours, all of which together form the entire agreement between Club 33 and the user.

Continued use of the Club 33 platform — including simply browsing the website, registering a new account, making a deposit, playing games, or claiming any bonus — constitutes full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are advised not to use the Club 33 platform and to close your account if you already have one.

2User Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use the Club 33 platform, you must meet all of the following requirements at all times:

• At least 18 years at the time of registration and at all times while using the platform.
• An individual acting on their own behalf and not on behalf of any company, organisation, or other third party.
• Playing with your own legitimate funds obtained through lawful means.
• Not currently under an active self-exclusion from any gambling platform, including Club 33.
• Not holding multiple accounts at Club 33, and having no prior Club 33 account that was closed due to a terms violation.
• Playing solely for personal entertainment and not for professional or commercial purposes.

Club 33 reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any time, including during the withdrawal process. Documents that may be requested include a copy of your MyKad, passport, or other officially recognised identification in Malaysia. Failure to provide the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension.

3Account Registration

Registering an account with Club 33 is free of charge. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full name as per your MyKad, an active Malaysian mobile number, a valid email address, and your preferred payment method.

You are solely responsible for keeping your Club 33 account password confidential. Club 33 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence in protecting your login credentials. If you suspect your account has been accessed by another party, contact the Club 33 support team immediately.

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account. Owning or attempting to register more than one account — including using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is a serious violation and may result in:

• Immediate termination of all associated accounts without prior warning.
• Forfeiture of all credit balances, bonus winnings, and accumulated rewards across all associated accounts.
• Permanent ban from the Club 33 platform.

4Deposits & Payment Methods

Club 33 supports a wide range of local Malaysian payment methods for your convenience. Accepted options include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, and online banking via FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, RHB, and more). All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).

The minimum deposit at Club 33 is RM 20 for most payment methods. No universal maximum deposit limit applies; however, daily limits may vary depending on the payment method used and your account verification level. All deposits are credited to your account balance instantly once the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider.

Club 33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits. However, your e-wallet provider or bank may apply their own charges for the transaction, which are beyond Club 33's control. Users are encouraged to review their payment provider's terms before making any transaction.

5Withdrawals

If your account is found to be involved in any of the activities mentioned above, we reserve the right to take immediate action, including restricting withdrawals and voiding any winnings obtained through such unauthorised means.

10Account Termination & Closure

Prior to account closure, any outstanding cash balance will be returned to the user through their registered payment method, subject to all applicable bonus and wagering requirements being met.

Club 33 reserves the right to close or suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
