Creating a Club 33 account is free and takes less than 2 minutes. After submitting the form, you will receive an OTP code via SMS to verify your phone number. Enter the code and your account will be activated immediately. No documents are required during registration — KYC is only required at the time of your first withdrawal.

You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration to create an account at Club 33. This is a strict age requirement that we never compromise on. During the KYC process for your first withdrawal, your date of birth will be verified via MyKad or passport. Any account found to belong to an underage individual will be terminated immediately and all remaining balance will be forfeited.

No — each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Club 33 at any given time. This rule applies even if you use a different name, different email, different phone number, or different payment method. Club 33 uses a sophisticated multi-account detection system. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of the Terms & Conditions and may result in the termination of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses. Deposit & Payment

Club 33 does not charge any processing fees on deposits from our end. Don't panic — this occasionally happens due to system errors or a timeout during processing. In such cases, the funds are usually returned to your account or e-wallet automatically within 1 to 3 business days. Withdrawals
